From July 25 to 27, Metro Trans, a professional exhibition in rail transit hosted by China Association of Metros (CAMET) was held in Beijing, where CASCO introduced its latest solution – the Fully Automatic Operation System 2.0 for smart metro, which represents the highest level of intelligent driverless technology. This is the first official show in the industry since its launch on June 28, catching the eye of numerous professionals.

On the first day of the exhibition, Bao Xuding, Founding President of CAMET, and Yu Guangyao, President of Shanghai Shentong Metro Group visited CASCO booth and learned about functions and features of the Fully Automatic Operation System 2.0 from Jiang Jianhua, CASCO’s Vice President of Technology. They fully acknowledged CASCO's independent innovation in fully automatic operation for smart metro as a local company.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of PRC and the 50th anniversary of China's urban rail transit operation. After 50 years of development, China's urban rail transit is one of the world's largest in size, with over 5,000km of metros in operation across 35 cities. CASCO, a local technology and innovation company specializing in rail transit and a main force leading innovative development of China's urban rail transit, has made its due contributions to the thriving of China's urban rail transit.

The Fully Automatic Operation System 2.0 is CASCO’s another major achievement in smart transport research. Based on CASCO's continuous independent R&D and rich experience in driverless projects, this highly independent and integrated system is a new-generation solution for fully automatic operation that meets multiple demands of smart metro and centers on "customer service". It covers driverless train, intelligent dispatching, intelligent yard, intelligent station and intelligent operation and maintenance, and improves the intelligence level of these five parts, realizing intelligent control of urban rail transit along its entire trip and across its full scope. It greatly improves the efficiency of metro operation and management while offering safer, faster, more efficient and more comfortable traveling services to passengers. It is CASCO's another masterpiece in independent innovation, as well as the first of its kind across the globe.
