TRANAVI®— an integrated signaling system solution with independent intellectual property

TRANAVI is a train control system solution developed by CASCO independently for urban rail transit which can meet the demand of GoA4. It not only has all the intellectual property rights owned by the Chinese company, but also boasts the same functions and safety level as the imported train control system. All the subsystems come from CASCO’s multiple mature products which have been proved by more than 30 projects. As an urban rail transit train control system, TRANAVI has demonstrated a perfect mixture of mature technology and Chinese requirements.


TRANAVI was honored the Silver Award in the 16th China International Industry Fair in 2014 for its advanced technology and sound market benefit.

Characteristics

TRANAVI is integrated by mature modularized subsystems. According to different operation conditions and various requirements, it can be flexibly configured and integrated to customize the solution for the particular environment.

  • Multiple operation modes

    Conventional: driver/driverless mode
    Backup: intermittent ATP/ATO block mode, enhanced block mode, with equal comfort and stopping accuracy

  • More degraded modes

    It can be degraded one by one with undisturbed switch, and the degradation is limited to related trains.

  • Multiple signal aspect solutions

    Distinguished signal aspect, only distinguished when train approaches, blue aspect, or same aspect with block mode

  • Multiple wireless transmission methods

    Support WIFI, LTE and combination scheme; wireless/waveguide/leaky coaxial cable transmission or combination scheme can be applied; SDH or industrial Ethernet as the backbone network

  • Various wayside wired transmission modes

    It can adopt SDH based backbone transmission network with edge access network or industrial Ethernet

  • Compatible with Urbalis 888

    TRANAVI can be replaced and interconnected with Urbalis 888. Safe and efficient operation can be realized with mixed configuration (Beijing Fangshan Line)
