Centralized Traffic Control System (FZk-CTC)

The centralized traffic control system is the railway signaling technology equipment that conducts dispatching and command of the trains and shunting operations in the section under jurisdiction and achieves centralized control by signal equipment like interlocking, train control and section block. It is an important train operation equipment and command center for railway transportation.

FZk-CTC takes into full consideration the actual situation of China railway such as mixed operation of freight and passenger transportation and frequent shunting operations, and incorporated the control of shunting operations into CTC functions based on the principle of “distributed autonomy”, so as to achieve the remote and intelligent control of shunting routes and effectively solve the frequent shift of control rights between stations and traffic commanding and dispatching centers. FZk-CTC is also designed with the control function of shunting operations at unmanned stations, which fully exerts the advantages of CTC.

Redundant dual-network is fully exploited to realize two-way transmission of business applications.

The integrated maintenance platform (operation and maintenance subsystem) is equipped with an “online diagnostician”, which provides technical support for 7*24 uninterrupted system operation.

The query subsystem has separate functions from the core production system, making the later more focused on dispatching and command production.

The emergency subsystem can quickly restore system operation in case of core equipment failure or even disaster.

Intelligent CTC System

In view of the development needs of “intelligent railway”, it made breakthrough and further technological innovation based on the existing FZk-CTC3.0 software and hardware platform, and realized a deeper level of intelligentization of CTC system, improving the intelligent level of railway transportation as a whole.

The railway of China Energy Investment

It is the second largest corridor for Eastward Transportation of Western Coal in China, and also the largest and longest local railway of CASCO.

Jinan-Zhengzhou High-speed Railway

CASCO provided CTC3.0 system. After the opening of Jinan-Zhengzhou High-speed Railway, it will be connected to Zhengzhou East Railway Station and interconnect with the existing Xuzhou-Lanzhou, Beijing-Guangzhou, Zhengzhou-Wanzhou, Zhengzhou-Fuyang High-speed Railways.

Zhengzhou-Chongqing High-speed Railway

The Hubei section adopts CASCO’s CTC3.0 system and CTC center system, while Hubei section and Chongqing section both adopt CASCO’s iLOCK computer interlocking system, which is the first C3 line of China Railway Wuhan and Chengdu Group to apply iLOCK system.

Huanggang-Huangmei High-Speed Railway

CASCO provided FZk-CTC3.0 systems for three new stations and two line stations, which were connected to the dispatching station of Intercity Station One of Wuhan Railway Bureau.

Yancheng-Nantong High-speed Railway

Nanning PDL Center

CASCO was awarded the praise from Nanning Railway Bureau for the excellent performance in the project.

Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway

CASCO provided CTC system for the whole line, including 4 CTC stations and 1 CTC center.

Xi’an Railway Center

As a key project of the 12th Five-year Plan, it utilized CASCO’s equipment at 3 CTC and CSM stations as well as 1 dispatching center, realizing successful application of CTC system in train overhaul system.

Zhengzhou Bureau New PDL Center

CASCO built a new set of CTC center system which could connect the CTC systems of PDL and intercity railways in Zhengzhou Bureau, thus realizing separate operation of dispatching system in PDL and normal-speed line.

Lanzhou New PDL Center

Lanzhou PDL center is the dispatching center with top level of informationization and most complete functions. It consists of the construction of new dispatching building and removal and renovation of existing dispatching systems.
CASCO provided CTC system and removed the equipment in the temporary machine room of Lanxin Railway to normal-speed machine room. It also added CTC/TDCS system servers and dispatching devices for normal-speed lines.

Baoji-Lanzhou Passenger Dedicated Line

CASCO provided FZk-CTC and CSM-KA systems and made it an example project with high standard, high quality and high level, as the benchmark of PDL construction in China railway.

Xi'an-Chengdu High-Speed Railway

It is an important part of "eight verticals and eight horizontals" railway network, as well as another key line for CASCO in western region.
CASCO provided FZk-CTC systems for a safe and successful operation.

Lanzhou New PDL Center

CASCO provided CTC center system and TDCS/CTC center system, including 5 CTC dispatching stations for high-speed railway, 8 CTC dispatching stations and 10 TDCS dispatching stations for normal-speed railway.

Nanchang PDL Center

CASCO provided one CTC center system for high-speed railway center and one CTC/TDCS center system for normal-speed railway, and completed the removal of normal-speed equipment room, PDL equipment room and dispatching center in one year.
