On January 24, CASCO received a letter of thanks from AVIC International Holding Corporation (AVIC INTL), expressing gratitude and high recognition for our excellent performance and outstanding contributions in the completion acceptance, delivery and commissioning, and maintenance services of the signaling system of the 10th of Ramadan Railway Project in Egypt.

The 10th of Ramadan Railway is the link between downtown Cairo and the satellite cities along the eastern part of the new capital. It is one of the landmark projects of the "Belt and Road" cooperation and also an important achievement in the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, which is of great significance to consolidating and developing the friendly cooperative relations between China and Egypt in the new era.

As the first rail transit line with CBTC signaling system in Egypt, the construction of the 10th of Ramadan Railway in Egypt not only promotes economic and trade cooperation between China and Egypt, but also improves local rail transit technology. Phase I and Phase II of the Railway were opened in July 2022. So far, the line has been operating safely for more than a year and has won high recognition from the Egyptian client.

Recently, the preliminary design and construction of South Extension Line (Phase III) of the 10th of Ramadan Railway is in full swing. As the general integrator of the project's ELV system, CASCO will continue to shoulder the heavy responsibility and full leverage our professional advantages and management experience, follow the fine tradition of unity and cooperation, work with all partners to jointly promote the construction of the extension line, and set a new benchmark for the economic and trade cooperation between China and Egypt.
