In line with the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee on "accelerating the development of digital economy and promoting its deep integration with real economy" and "deeply implementing the innovation-driven development strategy", CASCO and Shanghai Branch of China Tower (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Tower) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on September 6.

Yu Zhe, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shanghai Tower, and Wang Yin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CASCO, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches. Tong Haipeng, member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Tower, and Mei Xiaobo, Vice President of CASCO, signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties. Zhang Yunzhou, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Tower, and Zhang Yi, President of CASCO, attended and witnessed the signing.

Yu Zhe expressed that the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two parties is a practical action to implement the decisions of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee on deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, developing new quality productive forces, and promoting high-quality development. He hoped that both sides would be brave in innovation, take the lead in trials, strengthen joint innovation in technology and products, and carry out deep cooperation in areas such as low-altitude economy, positioning technology, and line inspection. By complementing each other's resources and working sincerely together, we should accelerate the pilot projects of cutting-edge technologies, share and exchange in talent teams, industry clients, and typical cases, and achieve fruitful results as soon as possible. He also emphasized the importance of strengthening cross-industry integration, sharing development, and enhancing comprehensive safety guarantee to turn the content of the agreement into tangible cooperation results and jointly promote practical effects.

Wang Yin said that the signing of the strategic cooperation framework agreement is not only a pragmatic measure to implement the important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping on developing new quality productive forces but also a crucial action to accelerate breakthroughs in strategic emerging industries. He hoped that taking this signing as an opportunity, both sides would strengthen the cooperation based on respective strengths and complementary advantages, integrate resources in areas such as innovation, application, talent, and standards, and achieve more accomplishments in fields like low-altitude economy, photovoltaic energy storage and charging, and intelligent operation and maintenance, to jointly embark on a new chapter of win-win development and cooperation.
