On September 24th, the 16th China Transpo, hosted by the Ministry of Transport, concluded in Beijing. With the theme of jointly creating a vision of "People Enjoy Travel, Goods Flow Smoothly," the exhibition brought together the latest technologies from various sectors of railway, highway, waterway, aviation, and postal service.

During the three-day event, CASCO, as one of the few exhibitors with business spanning both "ground and air," showcased a range of innovative achievements, including XiDRT Digital Urban Rail Transit Solution, TRANAVI Qiji Train Autonomous Control System (TACS) , Suburban Train Control System (STCS), and ID-Space.

Digital and Intelligent Empowerment, Sparking New Momentum for Industry Transformation

The debut of XiDRT Digital Urban Rail Transit Solution was undoubtedly a highlight of CASCO's exhibition. This comprehensive solution is designed to serve the digital and intelligent transformation of urban rail transit, aiming to maintain optimal system performance with lower maintenance costs, provide better travel services for passengers through optimal dispatching and control, and comprehensively enhance operation safety and resilience.

The XiDRT solution deeply integrates a series of intelligent applications. It demonstrated the  function highlights and application scenarios of two core platforms of intelligent maintenance and intelligent operation control, as well as intelligent training and online coupling and uncoupling technology.

The TRANAVI Qiji TACS, based on vehicle-to-vehicle communication, was also eye-catching. In 2021, TRANAVI Qiji TACS was successfully applied to Shenzhen Metro Line 20, becoming the world's first TACS system for revenue service. In addition to being suitable for new lines, TRANAVI Qiji TACS also excels in renovating existing lines, which can effectively enhance line capacity, reduce renovation risks, and accelerate renovation cycles.

Upcoming Renovation and Reconstruction, Ushering in a New Chapter of Sustainable Development

At the exhibition, CASCO specifically set up a special exhibition area for metro renovation and reconstruction, showcasing a series of renovation schemes and practical cases such as disturbance-free renovation, inclusive renovation, upgrade and extend, like-for-like renovation, providing an important window for observing best practices in sustainable urban rail development.

According to statistics from China Association of Metros, there are over 30 urban rail transit lines in China that have been in operation for more than 15 years. As time passes, the demand for major renovation is becoming increasingly urgent. Currently, CASCO has undertaken nine of the most challenging metro renovation projects in China, with abundant technical reserves and experience, boosting confidence in preparing for the upcoming peak of major renovation and reconstruction.

Continued Efforts in Sub-sectors to Reshap the Future of Transportation

Driven by both policy and technological innovation, CASCO has demonstrated remarkable creativity in various sub-sectors of rail transit, such as suburban railway and freight railway, as well as in new areas like the low-altitude economy. Representative innovative products were all presented at the exhibition, including CASCO's Suburban Train Control System (STCS), Train Autonomous Control System - New Generation (TACN), and research achievements in "low-altitude + rail" such as ID-Space, UAV AI Inspection and Emergency Command System.

From its deep cultivation in the rail transit sector to the bold exploration of low-altitude flight, CASCO has always stood at the forefront of industry development. This exhibition not only showcased CASCO's technical strength in all aspects but also demonstrated its commitment to keeping pace with future transportation trends and actively putting them into action, continuously empowering China's transportation development with technological innovation.
