On the eve of National Day, the total operation mileage of China railway surpassed 160,000 kilometers, with high-speed railway operation mileage exceeding 46,000 kilometers, ranking first in the world. Standing at a new starting point, two high-speed railways involving CASCO — the Huinong-Yinchuan Section of Baotou-Yinchuan High-Speed Railway and the Xuancheng-Jixi High-Speed Railway — have been opened successively, adding another beautiful scenery to the magnificent territory of China railway.
On October 1, the Huinong-Yinchuan Section of Baotou-Yinchuan High-Speed Railway went into operation. Starting from Huinong District in Shizuishan City in the north, the line passes through Dawukou District in Shizuishan City and Shahu Scenic Area before reaching the existing Yinchuan Station in the south. The line is 97 kilometers long with four stations. CASCO provided the FZk-CTC3.0 Centralized Traffic Control System and CSM-KA Centralized Signal Monitoring System for this project. As a crucial part of the Beijing-Lanzhou corridor in the "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" railway network, it is closely connected with Yinchuan-Xi'an High-speed Railway and Yinchuan-Lanzhou High-speed Railway, contributing to improving the national high-speed railway network and promoting economic development in the northwest region.
On October 11, Xuancheng-Jixi High-speed Railway opened for operation. The line is located in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, with a main line of 115 kilometers long and three stations — Xuancheng, Ningguonan (newly built), and Jixibei — as well as one block post, Shiliyan. CASCO provided the FZk-CTC3.0 Centralized Traffic Control System for this project, which is incorporated into Hangzhou-Huangshan High-Speed Railway section under the jurisdiction of the Dispatching Center of Shanghai Railway Bureau. The Xuancheng-Jixi High-speed Railway connects with Hefei-Hangzhou High-Speed Railway at Xuancheng Station and with Hefei-Fuzhou High-Speed Railway and Hangzhou-Changchun High-Speed Railway at Jixibei Station, which further strengthened the connection between southern Anhui and cities in the Yangtze River Delta region.
With the continuous expansion of China railway network, CASCO will continue to adhere to technological innovation as always, and protect the vigorous development of the railway industry, contributing to the construction of a dynamic and ever-flowing transportation power.
