Recently, the low-altitude intelligent inspection system for railway developed by CASCO was successfully applied to the dedicated railway line in Hua County, marking the first time in China to realize full-coverage automated drone inspection along the entire railway line.
This project was jointly undertaken by CASCO and the Operation and Maintenance Company of CRSC Electrification Bureau. The implementation of drone inspection underscores the strategic significance of low-altitude economy as a key focus of national development and a growth direction for CRSC's strategic emerging industry. This innovation not only integrates the technical advantages of "low-altitude + rail" but also demonstrates dual innovations in technology and thinking pattern. It has brought unprecedented changes to railway operation and maintenance, setting an example for the widespread application of the low-altitude economy in railway.
