On December 31^st 2016, Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued 2016 Chief Engineer Program List, CASCO’s two technical experts Wu Xiang and Zhang Guangyu were on the list. It is third time that CASCO won this municipal honor after Dong Gaoyun and Hu Enhua were awarded for the first time in 2014 and Yan Honghui and He Hongguang in 2015.

According to the selection method, all the candidates must be those who work on production and technology on the front line and could lead the team to solve problems with key technology in hand or cultivate technology talents.

As CASCO’s outstanding representative, Wu Xiang and Zhang Guangyu are focused on research and development and willing to share technology. They not only lead the team to have professional exchange, take part in major technology proposal review and product problem solving, but also pay attention to support the green hand and organize training to share experience, which has made great contribution to the improvement of CASCO’s product quality and employees’ technology level.
