On the afternoon of November 30, 2018, Shanghai Metro Maintenance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Maintenance Company”) held a work summary and commendation meeting entitled “Contributing to China International Import Expo and Building the Metro Brand” in Meilong Base. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Lingxiang, the general manager of Maintenance Company, Dong Hui, secretary of the party committee, Liu Jinye, deputy general manager, and Wang Jinghua, deputy secretary of the party committee and other leaders attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

At the meeting, CASCO was awarded the honorary title of “Advanced Group for China International Import Expo”. CASCO’s Customer Service Director, Yan Zifeng, was invited to attend, and as an advanced group representative, he gave a speech on “Commitment and Improvement, Comprehensive Guardian and Whole-course Reassurance”.

The first China International Import Expo (CIIE) is a major decision for China to promote a new round of high-level opening up and is an important measure to proactively open its market to the world. In order to ensure the safety and stability of Shanghai metro operation during CIIE, CASCO assisted Maintenance Company to go all out and work together. After more than half a year of preparation, two weeks of practical guarantee and one week of decisive guarantee, various support tasks of CIIE were successfully completed.

In the future, CIIE will be held in Shanghai every year, and the support for CIIE will also become a long-term work. CASCO will further enhance the awareness, optimize and improve the working mechanism, and continue to assist the Maintenance Company to do a better job in all aspects of support, and practically implement the brand value proposition of “Comprehensive Guardian and Whole-course Reassurance” with life-cycle management and service.
