On December 28, 2018, “You Make Jing'an District more Beautiful——The Commendation Conference for Outstanding Talents in Jing'an District” was held in Shanghai Daning Theatre in Jing’an District, which was the first group appearance of outstanding talents after “Two Become One” of Jing’an District. Totally 99 outstanding talents were named in the conference, among whom were 10 extraordinary talents of the District, 29 leading talents, 60 young talents, and 15 enterprises were presented with the talent development award. CASCO’s President Yang Haidong was honored to receive the “Extraordinary Talent Award” and CASCO was presented with the “Jing’an Talent Development Award”.

The first “Extraordinary Talent in Jing'an District” aimed to commend outstanding talents in various fields who have made remarkable contributions to regional economic construction and social development. Yang Haidong, CASCO’s President, has been engaged in China's rail transit industry for more than 30 years.
