Good news keeps pouring in since the beginning of the year. With outstanding performance in project implementation, CASCO has won praises by a number of clients.

On January 15, 2019, in view of CASCO’s high-quality completion of various works for metro construction, Shenzhen Metro Group awarded CASCO with the honorary title of “2018 Excellent System Equipment Contractor” and presented certificate of honor and medal.

On January 22, Wuhan Metro Group sent a commendation letter for the trial operation of whole line of Metro Line 2. As the signaling system integrator of Wuhan Metro Line 2, CASCO facilitated the smooth trial operation of the southern extended line, successfully connected it with existing line, and ensured steady operation of the system.

On the same day, due to outstanding performance in the signaling system project of Suzhou Line 3, CASCO Suzhou Project Office was praised as the “Rail Transit Contributor” winner unit of contribution labor competition. It was the second time that Suzhou Project Office won this award since Line 4 and branch line.

On January 23, China Engineering Construction Corporation sent a letter to recognize CASCO’s efforts in CTC project of Djibouti section of the Addisababa-Djibouti Railway. The Addisababa-Djibouti Railway, as the first railway built fully according to China’s electrification standards in East Africa and the first overseas full industry chain railway project, served as a symbolic achievement of the “Belt and Road” Initiative .Since September 2016, in the midst of numerous difficulties such as tough operation environment and tight project schedule, the CASCO Project Team, by virtue of precise management of project construction, completed various tasks within schedule and ensured the smooth operation of signaling subsystem, thereby wining high recognition from clients and relevant parties.

In the new year, CASCO will make persistent efforts and stay true to its mission. On the basis of advanced and reliable system integration solutions and full life cycle management, it will serve more rail transit lines, and deliver every project on schedule with quality, with a view to providing comprehensive protection for the public travelling and creating assured experience all the way for clients and the public.
