On September 6, Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway, with CASCO's participation, officially opened for operation, marking a significant addition to the rail transit network in Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta region.

The Railway starts from Tonglu East Station in Hangzhou, passing through Pujiang County, Yiwu City, Dongyang City, Pan'an County in Jinhua City, Xianju County in Taizhou City, and extends to Wenzhou North Station in Wenzhou City before utilizing the existing Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway to Wenzhou South Station. The newly built main line is approximately 260 kilometers long, with design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and a total of 9 stations.

As the signal equipment supplier for this project, CASCO provided the FZk-CTC 3.0 centralized traffic control (CTC) system station equipment and central dispatch console equipment, connecting to the Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway platform under the jurisdiction of the Dispatching Center of Shanghai Railway Bureau.

With the opening of Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-Speed Railway, abundant tourism resources such as Xianhua Mountain, Xianju, and Nanxi River in Hangzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou, and Wenzhou will be connected in series, officially ushering in the high-speed railway era for Xianju, Pan'an, Dongyang, Pujiang, and other regions. This has great significance for constructing Zhejiang Province's "1-Hour Transportation Circle", building the "Yangtze River Delta on Rails", and promoting regional economic and industrial development.
