On September 20th, the On-site Meeting of Transportation Organization and Safety Management for Railway Transportation Systems was successfully held at the China Railway Shenyang Group. Leaders from the Transportation Department, Science and Information Department, and Engineering and Electricity Department of the China Railway Group, as well as leaders of relevant departments and stations from various railway bureau groups, and experts gathered at the office building of Shenyang Train Depot for observation.
CASCO's intelligent train management and control system for stations and depots is a key innovation project in the digital and intelligent construction of the safety production command center of Shenyang Train Depot. The system was showcased to the participating leaders and experts through video introduction and practical demonstrations.
Targeting management pain points such as incomplete risk information, lack of emphasis on key risks, inaccurate timing of control, inconvenient control methods, untimely transmission of fault information, and inaccurate judgment of fault, the intelligent train management and control system for stations and depots relies on TDCS/CTC query network data to integrate information from station supervision, construction plans, dynamic train diagrams, and dispatching orders. It sets up terminals for both the safety production command center and the station, achieving intelligent control of on-site train operations from the command center for the first time in China railway.
By closely integrating critical risks with field operations, the system realizes functions such as centralized push of operation risks, precise monitoring of key operations, real-time alarms for high-risk operations, and rapid response to equipment failures, playing a proactive role in preventing risks and effectively ensuring train operation safety. The launch of this system breaks the traditional control mode of "relying on human observation and inquiry", and effectively enhances the real-time control effectiveness of the safety production command center of stations and depots over train operations.
In the lobby of the office building in Shenyang Train Depot, the participating guests also observed typical practices and related innovation achievements in the professional train management of Shenyang Railway Group. CASCO introduced its innovative technologies and typical applications in Shenyang Bureau's railway transportation system.
At this on-site meeting, the participating leaders and experts listened to CASCO's introduction of the development and application effects of the new products, expressed recognition of CASCO's innovative strength, and encouraged CASCO to continue contributing to the rapid development of China railway. The scene was filled with frequent exchanges and interactions, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
